Liberty Mountain Resort lift ticket discounts for Mountain Sports Club members for the 2009.10 skiing and snowboarding season will be updated when available.Liberty Mountain Resort offers a unique winter resort experience just an hour from the Baltimore and Washington beltways. Skiers and boarders can choose from 16 trails for all ability levels. The mountain is seviced by six chairlifts, so lines are kept to a minimum. We have one of the largest automated snow making systems on the East Coast, so even if there isn't snow in your backyard, we are a winter wonderland! The Boulder Ridge Snow Tubing Park features up to 15 tubing runs, a separate kiddie tubing area, and a log cabin style lodge. Snow Tubing is great fun for all ages!
The fun doesn't end in the spring. Our Hotel and Conference Center offers a beautiful mountain setting for weddings, conferences, banquets and team building activities. Nearby are two championship golf courses and historic Gettysburg.

Liberty Mountain invested 3.6 million dollars in improvements for the 2008-09 winter season. A major Main Lodge expansion included the new Alpine Food Court, an enlarged and remodeled Boarderline Snowboard Rental Shop and new locker room, and an expanded Liberty Mountain Sports Shop. And the improvements don't stop there! Recently, the Alpine Room and bakery areas received a "facelift" to better harmonize with the new look of the Alpine Market. The Eastwind Quad chairlift was replaced with a new, state-of-the-art quad lift which will greatly enhance the guest experience on the backside of the mountain. For the 6th consecutive year, we’ve integrated even more automated snowguns into our system. 65% percent of our mountain is now covered under the automated snowmaking system, meaning as soon as temperatures reach the optimal level, snow will be falling on the mountain in a matter of minutes!
