Cranmore lift ticket discounts for Mountain Sports Club members have been available the last two seasons.
Cranmore, to put it mildly, is a classic. The resort has been in operation for over six decades and was where Hannes Schneider, the celebrated Austrian skimeister and father of modern skiing, first opened his ski school and brought skiing to the New York and Boston masses.
Cranmore offers a good dose of daily skiing and surprising challenges. You'll find the Otherside Burton Progression Park, modeled on a boardercross park, but geared toward beginner and intermediate sliders, as well as the Darkside Freestyle Terrain Park that will appeal to freestyle sliders of all abilities. Cranapooloza, is a family festival held every Saturday from December 27 to March 21 plus Wednesday December 31 and Wednesday February 18. Activities include night skiing and riding, snow tubing, terrain park events and live entertainment for children and adults. Guests can also cook s'mores on the outdoor fire pit and fireworks light up the slopes on select dates.
2007-2008 Winter Events at Cranmore
Cranmore Mountain Resort in New Hampshire, Mount Washington Valley’s mountain of choice, brings back dozens of favorite special events while adding new ones. This year, skiers and riders can take part in the Crantastic New Years Party when the mountain will be open until midnight; and Biodiesel Days, featuring free skiing for the driver of any hybrid vehicle. Plus, Cranmore Comedy Nights are back, and the award winning Meister Hut Dinners return to the summit.
