Choose from a pure adrenaline rush on the Cache la Poudre, a relaxing family float on the Upper Colorado River or anything in between. Rocky Mountain Adventures offers a variety of whitewater rafting excursions, from a half day of river excitement to up to six days of rafting, camping and hiking. We provide life jackets, rafting-related equipment, and shuttles from the meeting area to and from the river. The river is run in paddle-powered rafts where you grab a paddle and, under the direction of a guide, help maneuver the boat through the rapids. On some trips oar-powered rafts (where you sit back and let the guide do most of the work) are also available by request, with a minimum of four persons.
