Pure Mountain Outlet – "Props to the staff: Peter, you are great."
I was a first time customer to this store last week. I was looking for ski boots, as a completely novice skier. Peter was the associate that helped me. He was awesome. He answered all of my questions, he had wonderful customer service, and was friendly to talk to. He took his time showing me different styles, and explaining different features and qualities of the different brands. It was very refreshing to feel like you are the single most important person in the store. Great job Peter, I will back to the store again very soon. The boots fit like a glove, and are very comfortable, with the heat moldable liners. I purchased the Dalbello Lotus Freeride boots, and definately recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outstanding freestyle ski boot. Awesome job Peter, and thank you for all of your help!!
