Lookout Pass Ski Resort has operated every winter season since 1935 and has a reputation for legendary powder, earliest openings, and longest season in the region.
Lookout Pass has an easy I-90 access at the Idaho/Montana state line that puts you right into our parking lot. Lookout offers a 1,150' vertical drop with 34 named runs, 2 glade areas and acres of tree skiing covering 540 acres of skiable terrain. Annual snowfall averages 400" and the most frequent powder conditions in the region. We're wind protected and able to operate during winter snow events. A full service rental shop and professional Ski School are located next to our historic base lodge.

Dec. 24 Santa Claus arrives at ski area (noon).
