Our four peaks, Mt. Lincoln, Mt. Disney, Crows Peak, and Mt. Judah, offer terrain for every skier ability. There are breath-taking views of the Sierras from these peaks. We groom over 500 acres, not to mention our two parks and new super pipe. Our snowmaking capacity has increased to 25% of our mountain.
Opened in 1939, Mt. Disney is the site of the first chairlift in the country. Sugar Bowl also boasts the first gondola in the country. In 1998 we built a 20,000 square foot Main Lodge at the base of Mt Judah. The expansion continued in 1999 with the replacement of the Disney Lift with a new CTEC Graventa high-speed detachable quad chair. In the summer of 2001, we completed yet another high-speed quad. Mt. Lincoln Express now takes you to the top of the mountain in four minutes! Last summer we purchased a Super Pipe Machine. And for 2004 - a brand new Mountain Sports Learning Center, your one-stop shopping for lift tickets, rentals, and lessons. Just steps away from our new 500 space slopeside parking lot!
