by MARKM Groomed, Untracked, Sun-Baked, Deep, Sunny There last week. Three beautiful bluebird days. Packed powder that softened as the day went on. Loved the variety of trails, especially the tree skiing. Great place would reccomend to a friend. |

by Jane Skied Off, Refrozen, Bullet-Proof, Thin Spots, Icy Spots, Rocky Spots, Bare Spots, Uncrowded, Windy Very thin snow, rocks and grass coming through. Uncrowded, but that's probably because windy and cold and not good conditions! Very windy today so many lifts remained closed. |

by Anonymous Groomed, Skied Off, Refrozen, Sun-Baked, Bullet-Proof, Thin, Thin Spots, Icy Spots, Rocky Spots, Bare Spots, Crowded, Sunny Don't go off piste unless you are on "rock skis". You will encountered exposed rocks, bare spots and generally very poor conditions.Trails with snow making are the best bet. Even those are very hard-packed or icy. The resort is reporting packed powder. I would like to know where they are finding that snow. I've looked. I don't understand why resorts mis-report conditions as they are doing themselves and the skiing public a disservice. |
